Why "Brain Tea"?

The tea is a beverage valued by all Sri Lankans, whatever the community.Tea is drunk plain or with milk.

Since our association wishes to facilitate knowledge exchange, we have transformed "Plain Tea" into "Brain Tea".

Our aim is to favour knowledge exchange and in no case to lecture or "give lessons". In that context, the hint of humour in the name of our association seemed quite adequate.

The logo of our association had to be representative of all of Sri Lanka and of our association's motivation. A cheeky elephant with a tea cup on its back was adopted unanimously.
